A Key To Better Health

Disclaimer: I AM NOT A DOCTOR.

Now that we are clear about that up front, let me begin by saying, that’s not a bad thing. You don’t need a medical degree to enjoy better health. Better health doesn’t come from a pill or an injection either. In fact, many of these diseases didn’t exist to this extent (or at all) until the medical profession became industrialized.

My father was a medical doctor. His career took him nearly six decades, two specialties, and across oceans! Once as a pediatrician in Iran, and again in a brand-new area of medicine at that time known as radiology, here in the US. Dad put his own health at risk by doing for others. The health risks of radiation were known by physicians back then. Dad would wear a special badge that would monitor his exposure to gamma radiation. He called that as a necessary risk for him to serve others.

You see, I had access to his medical books from the time I learned to read. I had no interest back then, but my dad kept the door open. My own curiosity would draw me to them eventually. Some of his library made it into mine. A key to better health is to have clean raw data…and plenty of it. Because there is a lot of information out there and some contradicts others. The only way to know what is true is to weigh the results for what makes sense and what does not.

A Little About Dad

Assadolah Sadree M.D. was one of Iran’s finest doctors. The United States had their eyes on the brightest minds back then. Individuals like my father were invited to move here and stay to make this a nation of brilliant thinkers. His childhood dream was to come to America, and so he did. Although there was a language barrier and other challenges, dad navigated his way to the Veterans. Those who needed his help regaining some semblance of relief for the sacrifices they had made serving their country.

Dad felt that’s where he belonged. He could have made fortunes in financial gains if he went into private practice. But dad felt what he was doing was his purpose, and that was more important to him than the money.

Over the years, he got a grim view of his medical profession and where it was heading. Dad had a backstage view of his beloved profession silently becoming the industrialized profit machine it is today. The heart break and the battles with hospital administrators over his razor-sharp findings eventually took its toll on his health. After a couple of heart attacks and a stroke, he went into early retirement. I saw what industrialized medicine did to my dad and quickly distanced myself from it.

My Own Trust Issues

I remember conversations where I would tell dad about my trust issues. With all the hell that industry put him through, he couldn’t bring himself to say anything to discredit the system that turned its back on him. The events that took place during 2020 and the years that followed were very hard on him. Dad watched the country he loved so much come apart in front of his eyes. He passed away peacefully on January 28th 2024.

Prior to his passing, dad and I had some very candid discussions. He told me to follow my gut instinct. Dad knew a little about a lot of subjects. Nature documentaries were his favorite. My dad understood universal laws and the connection to nature. He was taught about pharmaceutical medicine, but he never discounted or debated the holistic path either. He also didn’t discount the power of the subconscious mind

Mind Over Matter

Dad was a man of science. Any mention of religion would shut him off, but talking about energy kept him engaged. Dad didn’t believe in a god. He believed that we all have a god like energy that keeps the body working properly. And under the right set of circumstances, the mind could heal the body without the assistance of doctors. He used to say “There is a point where a doctor’s work ends and it’s up to the individual to fight for life, if that’s what they want.”

My Own Experience

My books reflect my journey in this life. The content is the result of decades of research. I stayed focused on the spirit and the mind for most of my research. This led me towards better understanding of what I really am and how much power I hold as a spirit with a mind. My body began to look more like a vehicle, but not one made of metal, this vehicle is made of flesh and bone.

It was time to care for my vehicle. I had run it hard and fast for a long time. It has held up strong, given all the years of hard use and abuse. Even thought I had my reservations with the medical industry, there are times when I must seek a doctor for help with an emergency issue. This is where I need to know more about myself than the individual who is going to make a decision for me in less than 10 minutes of meeting me for the first time. I have since decided to stop taking all pharmaceuticals recommended by allopathic doctors.

Going through this website, you will notice how my recent pictures look as thought I have lost some weight. Well, I have. Nearly 80 pounds, and I’m keeping it off eating the things that I was told to avoid. I look better and most importantly, I feel better. The damage has already been done, but I feel like I’m on the road to recovery.

My experience with modern medicine

About 20 something years ago, doctors told me my liver enzymes were high. I didn’t know what that meant at the time. But then I was told that due to my weight, eating habits, and family history/ genetics, I had diabetes. I would likely be on medicines to control high blood sugar for the rest of my life. A strict diet was needed to manage the condition, if I wanted to live and not die a horrific death.

It’s in my nature to question everything. So, I did. I was told that the only solution to this disease was what doctors were recommending I do. For a while, I did that and my numbers were starting to look good. But my health was declining even though the numbers were looking better. The doctors I was seeing had no answers, only more drugs to offer.

My goal is to get a better understanding of my condition and get it under control. Modern doctors don’t have an answer, because what I’m looking for goes against their business model. Improving my health is my responsibility. Trusting a drug salesman with my health is foolishness, and that’s just common sense. To anyone reading this: don’t just take my word. Use what I provide as a starting point to do your own research. If you want the cleanest data you will have to mine it for yourself.

My Grim Observation

This is just my own observation and opinion. I came to these conclusions based on my own research and life experiences. There is no health care system. What we have is a criminal network of thieves and murderers pretending to care about your health. These people control the doctors by licensing contracts and scripted oaths that mean nothing.

Results speak louder than any amount of indoctrination and propaganda combined. Ask yourself, in all the years that people have been medicated with petroleum-based chemicals, how many people were ever cured? Why are we told that we must take these poisons for the rest of life? How is the body supposed to heal when it is attacked by poison from every area of life?

Critical thinking is a danger to a system that profits from the sick. Just as much as a system that profits from the sick is a danger to your health.

Here are 7 things you can do today for Better health

  1. Question everything
  2. Get second, third or, several opinions. Watch for patterns.
  3. Conduct your own investigations and come to your own conclusions.
  4. Facts are never found in a treasure chest. They’re hidden like easter eggs. You must hunt for them.
  5. Use logic, never emotion to process data. Let the data steer the wheel in whatever direction the data takes you.
  6. Your health is your own responsibility. NEVER FORGET THAT

Results are the score card. If what you’re doing is working for you, don’t fix what isn’t broken. But when you’re brutally honest with yourself or the situation is dire (like mine was), A new way of thinking will bring new results. I will share what I find that has proven to work for me here in the Health category in the Blog section of this website. I strongly recommend that you do your own digging like I did to find something that works for you.
